Chiropractic adjustments - The goal of chiropractic therapy is to naturally get rid of misalignments of bones in the vertebrae which are called subluxations. These subluxations cause improper flow of the nerves in the spinal column to the brain, muscles, vital organs, and immune system. When improper nerve flow occurs, it can cause altered joint mechanics which could lead to pain, neuropathy, as well as improper function of vital organs, and decreased immune function. Using a gentle manual or instrument assisted thrust to the out of place bone, we can reduce the subluxation and make sure that you are working to your maximum potential. Flexion distraction - Flexion-Distraction is an effective, efficient and economical method of disc decompression using a specially designed chiropractic table that bends the client at the waist facilitating isolated vertebral separation. This technique works well for clients with current or past disc problems, as well as providing prevention of disc problems in those predisposed to such conditions. Flexion distraction may help such conditions as; pain from failed back surgery syndromes, leg pain, sciatica, neck pain, arm pain, ruptured discs, herniated discs, bulging discs, slipped discs, disc prolapse, back pain, facet syndrome, , spondylolisthesis, transitional segments, rib subluxations, thoracic spine pain, scoliosis, ligamentous sprain, muscle strain, spinal pain and much more.

Muscle release technique (MRT) - This is a manual soft tissue massage technique which can help to relieve numerous conditions including, TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains, strains, as well as back, shoulder, hip or virtually any area with soft tissue pain. The way in which this works is by aligning muscle fibers as well as getting rid of adhesions in the muscles known as knots.
